FAQ

Questions, answered clearly.

Can The Credit GOAT represent me in federal court?

No. Credit Goat Solutions LLC is not a law firm and does not act as legal counsel. Litigation-support services are educational and administrative. You remain self-represented unless you hire a licensed attorney.

Can you prepare my entire lawsuit for me?

We can help organize records, explain general court procedure, provide checklists, and support the formatting and organization of drafts you are responsible for reviewing and filing. We do not make legal decisions, select claims, sign pleadings, appear as counsel, or provide individualized legal advice.

What if I want someone to handle everything?

Full legal representation—including choosing claims, giving legal advice, signing filings, negotiating as counsel, and appearing in court—should be handled by a licensed attorney. We can help organize your records before you speak with one.

Can you guarantee my credit score will increase?

No. Credit scores are generated by third-party scoring models and depend on many factors. We do not guarantee a specific score or increase.

Can you remove any negative item?

No. Accurate, current negative information generally cannot be lawfully removed simply because it is negative. We focus on education and on information you believe may be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, or otherwise questionable.

Can I dispute credit-report errors myself?

Yes. Consumers can dispute suspected inaccuracies directly with consumer reporting agencies without hiring a credit services company.

Do you meet clients in person?

No. The Credit GOAT is designed as a remote service using phone, video, email, and secure document workflows.

Are you a law firm?

No. Credit Goat Solutions LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.

How long does credit improvement take?

There is no universal timeline. It depends on the underlying information, creditor and bureau responses, account history, and the actions taken over time.
